Jokers are shown in red and can be one of the following:
Chow - Three tiles of the same suit in consecutive order. You can take the discarded tile of the player on your left to complete a chow.
Pong - Three of the same number of the same suit. You can take a discarded tile to complete a pong from any player. It takes precedence over a chow.
Kang - Four of the same number of the same suit. You can take a discarded tile from any player to complete a kang. It takes precedence over a chow.
If you are using the kang as part of a 7 Pairs major ambition hand, do not take another tile. If you are using it as a set of three, draw another tile.
Secret - If you get a kang using only your draws, you can turn them face down and declare you have a secret. You then treat it as either part of 7 Pairs (do not draw an additonal tile) or as a set of three (draw another tile).
Segasa - When you get the fourth for your already declared pong by bunot.
Mahjong -
5 sets of three and 1 Pair
7 pairs and 1 set of three
